Gilbert has a proven track record of cultivating a positive workplace environment and improving team engagement to exceed sales goals and enhancing customer loyalty. He has coached and influenced managers to deepen their understanding of Apple's culture, values, and strategic direction, resulting in significant improvements in overall regional success.
Prior to his tenure at Apple, Gilbert effectively managed a self-storage real estate portfolio in Hong Kong totaling over 200,000 square feet. He achieved a 50% increase in asset value, resulting in an internal rate of return (IRR) of 24% for investors.
